Esperienza più che positiva!
Il 23 settembre 2026 ho usufruito del servizio dall'Aeroporto di Tunisi alla città di Mahdia. È andato tutto bene, appena arrivato mi sono recato presso il banco che si trova in fondo alla sala degli arrivi e lì il personale molto gentile e professionale mi ha accolto. Ottimo il viaggio con la navetta e molto bravo il conducente del mezzo.
Esperienza più che positiva.

Ich hatte einen Transfer von Bodrum Airport zum Hotel und zurück gebucht. Die Hinfahrt klappte wunderbar.

Für die Rückfahrt erhielt ich nicht -wie vertraglich beschrieben- die Abholzeit hinterlegt an der Hotel-Rezeption.

Stattdessen telefonierte ich dem türkischen Tour-Operator hinterher.. Der teilte mir mit, dass ich um 4:20h morgens fahren soll. Mein Domestic Flight ging um 9:00h morgens. Nach 30 min Fahrt sollte ich also 4 Stunden am Airport verbringen.

Auf meine Bitte, mich doch etwas später abzuholen, hieß es lapidar: es gäbe später weder Plätze noch Autos (?).

Auch hob niemand bei der angegebenen Notfallnummer ab. Und natürlich war in Deutschland an einem Sonntag niemand erreichbar.

Als ich die Fahrt stornieren wollte, war das nur unter einer anderen Telefonnummer in der Türkei möglich. Inzwischen war es 21:30h - und natürlich hob kein Mensch ab.

Meine Reklamation bei dem Vertragspartner vtours GmbH hat außer eines Beschwerdeformulars nichts ergeben.

Dieser „Service“ ist also nicht zu empfehlen.

Alles bestens
Hallo, der Service war perfekt. Am Flughafen ist es schnell gegangen. Wir mussten nicht lange warten. Im Fahrzeug wurde uns sofort kostenlos kaltes Wasser angeboten. Die Abholung vom Hotel war pünktlich. Gerne wieder.👍

Pünktlich, sicher und zuverlässig.
Wir hatten einen 8-er Minibus mit 8 Personen und Gepäck. Es war etwas eng. Vielleicht etwas Luft nach oben lassen bzw. einen größeren Mehrsitzer organisieren. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst. Der Fahrer war pünktlich und ist sicher gefahren.

Unkomplizierte Umbuchung der Abholzeit. Frühzeitige Kommunikation mit den Fahrern, wo sie zu finden sind

pünktlich und zuverlässig
Der Transfer hat reibungslos und pünktlich geklappt. Die Fahrer waren sehr freundlich.
Leider ist der Sammeltransport immer sehr zeitaufwendig, aber das gehört dazu.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
