Mittwoch-Nachmittag bestellt, Freitag-Mittag die Reifen erhalten. Lt. DOT erst wenige Wochen alt also quasi noch warm....

nicht zu empfehlen
Die Lieferung war recht schnell und erfolgte in zwei Paketen.
Die neuen Reifen weisen ca. 3 mm tife SchΓ€den im Profil auf. Die Reifen sind auf Ihren gesamten Umfang beschΓ€digt, als ob sie jemand oder etwas mit einem messer glatt abgeschnitten hΓ€tte.

Der angeschriebene Kundendienst braucht immer eine Ewigkeit fΓΌr eine Antwort.
Die Bilder mit den schadhaften Reifen musste ich zwei mal zusenden.
Die Antwort der "Fachabteilung" war: Die Reifen sind in Ordnung!

UnabhΓ€ngig von dem Zustand der Reifen (kann ja mal passieren) ist der Kundendienst quasi nicht vorhanden. Das EinschΓ€tzungsvermΓΆgen der Fachabteilung unterirdisch.
Wenn man Neuware bestellt muss die auch in Ordnung sein.
Die Reifen gehen zurΓΌck!
Den Shop kann ich definitiv nicht empfehlen!

Nur die Bestellung funktioniert, sonst nichts
Die Bestellung funktionierte hervorragend, das war es dann aber auch.
Die angeblich verfΓΌgbaren Reifen wurden vorab per PayPal bezahlt, Lieferung direkt an den ausgewΓ€hlten Montagepartner. Die Abbuchung erfolgte sofort, geliefert wurde bis heute nichts.
Telefonisch nicht erreichbar, bis jetzt keine Antwort auf e-mails.
Ich habe VerstÀndnis dafür, wenn irgend etwas schief lÀuft. Ich habe aber keinerlei VerstÀndnis, wenn es außer über den Bestellvorgang und der BestÀtigung hinaus keinerlei Statusinformation gibt.
So bekommt der eigentlich gut aufgezogene Shop den Charakter eines Fake-Shops.
Ich versuche nun meine Vorauszahlung per PayPal zu retten, was zusΓ€tzlichen Aufwand und Unsicherheit bedeutet.
Keine Empfehlung, besser dort kaufen, wo der Kundendienst tatsΓ€chlich existiert.

Ich wΓΌrde meinen Lieferdienst ΓΌberdenken
so Ansichten sar alles in Ordnung. Konnte schnell abgewickelt werden. Nur die Lieferung war nicht so toll.der Werte Herr hat die Reifen einfach abgeladen ohne zu klingeln und ist wieder weg gefahren.. hΓ€tte ich ihn nicht gehΓΆrt wer weiss wie lange die reifen da draussen gelegen wΓ€ren und ob die dann ΓΌberhaupt noch da gewesen wΓ€ren.klar corona zeit hin oder her aber wenigstens klingeln und sagen das die reifen da sind wΓ€re drin gewesen. Mein Postbote klingelt auch und schmeisst es nicht einfach hin
