Die Bestellung wurde am 24.08 aufgegeben, am 27.08 erhielt ich die Tracking-Nrummern und am 28.08. wurden die Reifen durch GLS geliefert.

Die 4 bestellten Reifen Bridgestone Turanza T005 225/45R17 91W kamen unbeschΓ€digt an. Die Reifen wiesen keinen HΓΆhenschlag auf und konnten somit auch ohne Probleme ausgewuchtet werden. Die gelieferten Reifen waren sehr neu: 2x KW 28/20 und 2x KW 29/20.

Somit bin ich bisher sehr zufrieden damit.

Ps.
Die Mails entsprechen leider nicht der Impressums-Pflicht, wodurch der Auftritt nach außen nicht seriâs wirkt.

RΓΌcknahme ja... gegen Portokosten!
Die Isarnema GmbH wirbt gross mit "Umtausch innerhalb 14 Tagen".

Was sie verschweigt: Die Portokosten gehen zu Lasten des KΓ€ufers.
In meinem Fall bestellte ich fΓΌr meinen Oldtimer 4 Weisswandreifen VITOUR GALAXY.
Laut Foto handelt es sich um Weisswandreifen.
Unter dem Bild steht "Bild kann abweichend von der Beschreibung sein". Das heisst meiner Meinung aber nicht, dass das Foto vom gelieferten Reifen abweicht.

Geliefert wurden also 4 schwarze Reifen... ohne Weisswand.
Als ich diese Umtauschen wollte wurde mir mitgeteilt dass es sich nicht zwingend um den Reifen vom Bild handeln mΓΌsste.
Die RΓΌcksebdekosten von € 48.-- gehen zu meinen Lasten.

Dieses GeschΓ€ftsgebahren kann leider nur negativ bewertet werden... und ich werde versuchen so viele Menschen wie mΓΆglich vor diesem Fehler zu bewahren.

Die Reifen kamen mit zwei Paketen, wie gedacht. Die Verpackung etwas dΓΌrftig, aber fΓΌr Reifen okay. Bin somit zufrieden.
Die Reifen selber sollten eine FSK haben, die etwas sparsam ausgefΓΌhrt ist.
Habe ich von Vredestein schon besser gesehen.
KΓΆnnte man vielleicht im Bild besser darstellen.
