Kann man empfehlen
einzig die Lieferung ist etwas lang, kann aber auch an Corona liegen oder, dass es aus den Niederlanden kommt.... Ware gut, Dauer der Lieferung eingeplant und gut ist...

Gute reifen
Die Reifen sind top nur die Kommunikation funktioniert garnicht. Man bekommt auch eine Sendungsnummer mΓΌssen sie mal im Spam Ordner nachschauen hab auch erstmal gesucht

Nicht zu empfehlen
Am 16.05. erhielt ich die Info per Mail, dass die Zahlung eingegangen ist und die Reifen das Lager verlassen. Am 18.05. dann die Mail mit der Trackingnummer zur Nachverfolgung beim DPD. Seitdem keine neue Information. Bei Anrufen geht immer nur der AB mit der Mitteilung an, dass zur Zeit alle Mitarbeiter beschΓ€ftigt sind und das durchweg nach mehreren Versuchen am Tag. Auf meine Mail wurde gar nicht reagiert. Was bleibt ΓΌbrig, Anwalt einschalten! Diese Firma ist auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert.

Unzufrieden nicht empfehlenswert Finger weg von dieser Firma
Hab meine Bestellung ganz normal aufgeben kânnen, jedoch erhielt ich danach weder eine Rechnung noch eine BestellbestÀtigung mit Bestellnummer!!! Am nÀchsten Tag schrieb ich der Firma wann die Ware bei mir eintreffen wird. Danach erhielt ich Stuuuuunden spÀter gegen Mitternacht eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer und ein LINK VON GLS, damit ich die Ware selber verfolgen kann!! Ich schaue jeden Tag rein und die REIFEN die befinden sich zurzeit in der Schweiz(ich selber lebe in WIEN!!!) in einem Paketshop bzw. Sind dort gelandet. Dies habe ich dieser Firma gemeldet und sie finden es leider nicht mühewert sich darum zu kümmern bzw. mit GLS IN VERBINDUNG zu setzen. Die RÜCKANTWORT dieser Firma ist echt lachhaft ich soll die REIFEN SELBER vom Paketshop, welches sich in der Schweiz befindet selber abholen!!!! Hab ihnen noch einmal geschrieben dass sie sich nun alle Daten überprüfen und sich mit GLS IN VERBINDUNG SETZTEN sollen. Ich werde in den nÀchten Tagen diesen Fall einem Rechtsanwalt übergeben und diese Firma klagen!!! Eine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme ist auch unmâglich, da hebt zwischen 8.30 bis 23.00 Uhr kein Mensch ab - es ist nie wer da - nie eine Person erreichbar!!es heißt immer dass alle Mitarbeiter gerade beschÀftigt sind!!!! (Leider bezahlte ich schon vorher beim Bestellprozess, trotzdem werde ich die Zahlung über Paypal stornieren lassen, dass Paypal mit solchen Firmen zusammen arbeitet ist die nÀchste Frechheit!!! Kein Vertrauen mehr an alle auch an IDEALO.at!! Ist keine vertrauenswürdige Firma, daher lasst bitte die Finger weg von dieser Firma ist nicht empfehlenswert!!! Ich bin kein Mensch die sich über kleinigkeiten plagt, aber das hier ist eine Frechheit, dass msn hier keine Ansprechpersonen hat. Auch bei den E-Mails führen Sie keine Namen an.
