Ich bin überzeugt davon, dass Grundversorgung immer genossenschaftlich und damit nicht gewinnorientiert organisiert werden sollte.
Die Bürgerwerke tun dies.

Super Service - einfacher Wechsel - 100% Öko
Wir beziehen sowohl unseren Strom als auch unser Gas von den Bürgerwerke eG. Der Wechsel über die Website der pro-regionale-energie.de war ganz einfach und die Bürgerwerke eG haben sich bereits am nächsten Tag gemeldet. Wir sind sehr froh diesen Wechsel vollzogen zu haben und nun 100% Ökostrom und Ökogas zu beziehen.

Einfacher Wechsel, super Service
Wir fanden die Idee gut und haben es einfach probiert zu wechseln. Es war ganz einfach und man konnte mit einer sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterin telefonieren. Das ist ja heute auch eher selten. Der Preis ist gleich geblieben. Ist ein gutes Gefühl, auf diese Weise etwas für die Umwelt zu tun.

Der Bezug von elektrischer Energie von den Bürgerwerken verschafft meiner Frau und mir ein gutes Gefühl. Der Preis ist fair, der Service gut und das Servicepersonal freundlich und kompetent.

Wenn's läuft, dann läuft's
Von mir gibt's nur 4 Sterne - weil eben die Kommunikation rund um den Beginn ungeschickt bei mir ankam.
Da ich in eine brandneue Wohnung zog, gab es eingangs Probleme mit der richtigen Zuordnung einer Zählernummer. Gewünscht hätte ich mir, dass am Telefon von Bürgerstrom nicht so sehr ein "Schulterzucken - wir können da nichts tun" als denn ein "das ist doof für Sie - folgende Tips haben wir aber für Sie, damit es weitergehen kann".
Sprich: ich erwartete nicht, das Bürgerstrom das Problem klärt - das geht rein schon aus Datenschutzgründen nicht - aber ich hätte mir eine bessere Unterstützung - und sei es nur vom wording her - gewünscht.

Aus Umwelt Gründen haben wir uns entschieden auf Bürgerstrom vor knapp 2 Jahren umzusteigen. Guter, fairer Strom zu einem fairen Preis. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder tun und wünschen, dass sich diese Art der Umweltfreundlichen Stromversorgung weiter durchsetzt.
