Urlaub in Sandy Beach
Wir waren vom 8.6-18.6.in Side. Die ersten Eindrücke waren nicht schlecht. Als wir unser Zimmer gesehen haben das viel zu klein war durften wir am anderen Tag ein größeres Zimmer beziehen. So weit so gut. Als wir in das Zimmer wollten ging die Schliesanlage nicht.Der Techniker kam und wechselte alles aus. Dadurch verloren wir einen ganzen Tag. Der Umzug war mit Wartezeit verbunden. Dann ging der Fernseher kaputt. Wieder musste der Techniker ran. Jetzt begann unser Urlaub. Die Anlage war sehr gut und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Trotz einiger Probleme würden wir gerne wieder Urlaub dort machen.

Mein Urlaub verkürzt
Sie zeigen die frühere Flüge mit höhere Preise im online Portal. Sie verkürzen danach den Urlaub mindestens halben Tag. Sie reagieren überhaupt nicht.

Kundenzufriedenheit existiert bei vtours nicht!!!
Servus beieinander,

habe zum ersten Mal einen Urlaub bei vtours gebucht und werde dies nie wieder machen. Unser Flug bei der Abreise hat sich um sieben Stunden verspätet. Es ist mir klar, dass der Reiseveranstalter dagegen nicht viel machen kann, habe ich aber gar kein Verständnis für den Umgang mit den betroffenen Kunden / Reisenden vom vtours. Ich habe nach dieser "einzigartigen" Erfahrung mit der Abreise weder eine Mail mit Bitte um Entschuldigung noch einen Anruf vom Kundendienst erhalten. Ferner, habe von anderen Mitreisenden mitgekriegt, dass sich die Fluggesellschaft Tailwind nicht an Abflugzeiten einhält und dies muss auch dem Reiseveranstalter bekannt sein. Warum werden Pauschalreisen mit dieser Fluggesellschaft angeboten, ist es ein Rätsel für mich (verdient wahrscheinlich vtours mehr an Geld, wenn solche Fluggesellschaften anbietet/beauftragt???). Es ist einfach menschlich, sich bei solchen Sachen bei den Kunden zu entschuldigen und eine kleine Entschädigung in Form von Gutschrift für zukünftige Reisen anzubieten, es ist wahrscheinlich zu viel verlangt, weiß ich nicht. Bin selber in Verkauf und Kundenbetreuung tätig und für mich hat die Kundenzufriedenheit die oberste Priorität. Dies ist aber nicht der Fall mit vtours. Aus diesem Grund werde nie wieder meinen Urlaub bei vtours buchen und werde jeden in meinem Freundeskreis auf meine Erfahrungen mit vtours aufmerksam machen, dass sie nie bei vtours ihren Urlaub buchen.

Kleines hotel
Die wege sind kurz. Egal ob Strand Restaurant oder Bar. Alles schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Auch behinderten gerecht.essen sehr gut vor allem auch heisst.
